Description

Bjørn Wiinblad represents everything that is creative and wonderful.

With her pink hair and bright pink and yellow dress, the smiling Bjørn Wiinblad Eva flowerpot is perfect for displaying herbs, succulents, small plants or flowers.

The shape is inspired by Wiinblad’s original and iconic Eva vases. Bjørn Wiinblad was an artist with a colourful personality who did things his way and was not afraid to dream and think big. His spirit comes to light in the one-of-a-kind Eva, who encourages us to express our own style and personality in our interior design with flowers, plants and creative decorations.

One thing is for certain: Life is never dull when Eva moves in!

Bjørn Wiinblad

Bjørn Wiinblad was born in Copenhagen in 1918. At a very early age, he began to show signs of his talent for drawing and creating imaginative worlds.

Bjørn Wiinblad is especially known for his characteristic female figures with expressive eyes and pointed noses, and as an artist Bjørn Wiinblad couldn’t resist sticking his nose out, either, in the chic artistic circles of his day. In the 1950's and 60's, while all of Scandinavia was embracing minimalism and the simple, white look, he went “maximalist” with a seemingly indefatigable use of colour.

Bjørn Wiinblad’s abiding dream was to convert his home into a working museum for young artists.
